Terms & Conditions

Parties

This agreement is made between 4Seasons Events (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) and the Client (The Customer”). Together, both parties are collectively referred to as the “Customer.”

Price
The contract price, as stated in the confirmation letter, is the final price and shall remain unchanged unless otherwise agreed upon between the Customer and The Company. Any adjustments to the price must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Payment

The Customer shall make payments in pounds sterling, as outlined in the invoice. Failure to make payments as specified may result in the cancellation or suspension of services provided on the event day. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice.

Booking Confirmation
The contract is in line with the pricing structure as per the brochure and is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed Terms & Conditions from the Customer, along with the requested deposits. Until these steps are completed, no booking shall be considered final.

Confidentiality

All discussions, meetings, and information exchanged between 4Seasons Events and the Customer shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The Company will not share any details of the event, including final budgets, with any third parties during the planning process unless explicitly agreed upon.

Performance

4Seasons Events shall be relieved of its contractual obligations in the event that performance is prevented or delayed by an act of God, war, riot, strike, labor disturbance, industrial dispute, fire, flood, explosion, or any cause beyond the Company’s control.

If, for any of these reasons, the contract is not completed, the Customer shall pay the contract price minus the costs not yet expended. The availability of the Company’s property is also a factor in fulfilling the performance of the contract.

Company Property and Damage

All property provided by 4Seasons Events for the event is on hire and remains the property of The Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Customer is responsible for the Company’s property from the time of delivery until it is collected by the Company.

In the event of damage to the Company’s property caused by the Customer, their guests, the venue, or any party involved, the Customer shall be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of the damaged equipment.

In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, payments will become due based on the following schedule:

  1. i) Cancellation more than two calendar months before the event date: 40% of the quoted price will be due for payment.
ii) Cancellation between two calendar months and one calendar month before the event date: 60% of the quoted price will be due for payment.
iii) Cancellation within one month of the event date: 100% of the contract price, minus any costs not yet incurred by the Company, will be due for payment.
